1. नियंत्रक कम्पनी और नियंत्रित कम्पनी में भेद कीजिए। किसी कम्पनी को दूसरी कम्पनी की नियत्रित कम्पनी कब कहा जा सकता है ? उदाहरण दीजिए ।
2. प्रारंभिक अनुबन्धों से आप क्या समझते हैं? चर्चा कीजिए क) प्रारंभिक अनुबन्धों के सम्बन्ध में कम्पनी की स्थिति तथा ख) प्रारंभिक अनुबन्धों के लिए प्रवर्तक के दायित्व ।
3. “निगमन का प्रमाण-पत्र इस बात का निश्चायक प्रमाण है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम द्वारा निर्धारित कम्पनी के निर्माण सम्बन्धी सभी आवश्यकताएं पूरी कर ली गई है” स्पष्ट कीजिए।
4. अन्तर्नियम के कानूनी प्रभाव स्पष्ट कीजिए। वे बाहरी व्यक्तियों पर किस सीमा तक लागू होते हैं?
5. शेयरों को जब्त करने की विधि की व्याख्या कीजिए। जब्ती का क्या प्रभाव होता है? शेयरों की जब्ती शेयरों के अभ्यर्पण से किस प्रकार भिन्न होती है?
