Description
BCOC–135 provides an intro to the company and its formation, principal documents needed for incorporation, share capital and membership, and company management. This course teaches students about the nature and types of companies, public and private companies, promoters, authorities under the Company Act, 2013, memorandum and articles of association, prospectus, share and loan capital, issue, allotment, transfer and transmission of shares, membership of a company, directors, managerial remuneration, company secretary, meetings of shareholders and board, dividend, accounts, audit, and winding up.
