📘Important Guidelines for IGNOU MCFTP-01 Internship Students
we provide only the internship report content for MCFTP-01. However, as per IGNOU’s requirements, students are expected to submit additional documents to ensure their internship is approved and evaluated properly. Please read the following instructions carefully
🔍 Before Starting Your Internship (180 Hours):
You must first submit the following documents (Points 1–3) to your Study Centre (SC) or Programme Study Centre (PSC) for approval. Do not begin fieldwork until you receive formal written clearance from IGNOU Headquarters.
📌 Mandatory Documents for MCFTP-001 Internship Submission:
1. Supervisor’s Biodata & Consent Letter
* A detailed CV of your proposed Supervisor (must have a Master’s in a relevant field + minimum 5 years of professional experience).
* A signed letter confirming the Supervisor’s willingness to guide you for the 180-hour internship.
2. Annexure A – Certificate of Assigning a Guide
To be signed by both your Programme In-charge at the PSC and your Supervisor.
3. Annexure B – Evaluation Sheet
* Section 1 should be filled by your Supervisor (internal marks).
* Sections 2 & 3 will be filled later by the External Evaluator.
4. Annexure C – Certificate of Completion
Proof that you’ve successfully completed your internship under the supervision of the approved guide.
5. Annexure D – Certificate of Authenticity
A declaration by you and a certification from your Supervisor confirming the originality of your work.
6. Supervisor’s Comment Forms
One form (Page viii of your manual) should be completed for each of the four case reports.
7. Client Permission Letter
A signed consent letter from each individual/family involved in your casework.
8. Remuneration Bill Form
To be submitted in a separate envelope for Supervisor’s payment (₹2000 per student).
9. Appendices/Enclosures for Each Case Report
Include copies of:
* Case History Proformas
* MSE Inventory
* Genogram
* Family Interview Schedule
