1) उदारवादी लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्थाओं (liberal democratic regimes) की मुख्य विशेषताओं और कार्यों का वर्णन कीजिए। लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं को बनाए रखने में नागरिक और राजनीतिक अधिकारों की क्या भूमिका होती है. समझाइए।
