(b) Find out the area under the standard normal curve for each of the following (use z-table). Sketch each one of them.

(iii) to the right of z = – 1.33.
4) Fit a straight line (𝑌 = 𝑎 + 𝑏𝑋) to the following data. Compare the estimated values of the dependent variable with its actual values.
5) What are the steps that you should keep in mind while constructing a price index? What are the properties that an index number should fulfil?

3) (a) किसी मानक प्रसामान्य चर के महत्वपूर्ण परिगुणों का वर्णन करें।.
(b) निम्नलिखित में से प्रत्येक के लिए मानक प्रसामान्य वक्र के अंतर्गत क्षेत्र ज्ञात करें (z-तालिका का प्रयोग करें। इनमें से प्रत्येक का संक्षिप्त वर्णन करें।
