1. ‘कम्पनी शाश्वत उत्तराधिकार वाली और विधि द्वारा निर्मित एक कृत्रिम व्यक्ति है और जिस सदस्यों से यह बनती है उनके व्यक्तित्व से भिन्न होती है। टिप्पणी कीजिए।
2. निजी कम्पनी की परिभाषा कीजिए। निजी कम्पनी तथा सार्वजनिक कम्पनी में अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए। निजी कम्पनी को सार्वजनिक कम्पनी में परिवर्तित करने की विधि बताइए।
